Breathwork Sessions and Workshops
John has many years of experience with breathwork and working with clients seeking improved energy and transformation. John facilitates the style of breathwork developed by Ed Thrall, at BreathFX. It's a blend of many well-known forms of breathwork, with an emphasis on acceptance and trust of the breather's experience.
Experience and learn about the power of the breath to transport you into different states of consciousness. The sessions last an hour and consist of breathwork, integration time, teachings on breath awareness, breath technique, and energy awareness. The active period of breathing, aka the "breathwork" session lasts from 30-45 minutes an average.
